Team Gold: We have been awarded the IIP We Invest In People Gold Accreditation

London, London - January 10, 2023-- Following a recent assessment, we are proud to announce that Investors In People (IIP) has awarded Engage Consulting the We Invest In People Gold accreditation!

Investors in People is an organisation that assesses how businesses are performing against a standardised framework that encompasses employee engagement and communication, organisational culture and ways of working.  Only 17% of organisations assessed attain the Gold standard. 

The accreditation lasts for three years, during which Engage Consulting will implement an action plan to develop the company even further.  As the IIP report states, “There is in place a clear vision and strategy for the organisation, with ongoing communications on this... The importance of people is thoroughly understood and is clearly demonstrated by the directors and the leadership team.”  

Engage Consulting believes that the success of their organisation begins and ends with their people.  Moving from Silver to Gold accreditation is a natural progression and an external measure of the progress that Engage Consulting is making as an employer.  The positive results from the survey were reinforced by feedback at interview with the Assessor.
